Parking savior Booking and Cancellation Policy 

To ensure a premier, white-glove arrival experience for all guests, please review our official policies before confirming your booking.

​ 1. Booking & Confirmation

• ​Official Scheduling: An arrival booking is only officially scheduled once you have selected your time slot, submitted full payment, and received a confirmation notification. Without these three steps, your coordinator is not reserved.
• ​First-Come, First-Served: All bookings are managed on a first-come, first-served basis to maintain our elite service standards.
• ​Operating Hours: All appointments must fall within our standard hours of operation. We cannot accept bookings that overlap with or extend beyond our closing time.

 2. Arrival Logistics

• ​24-Hour Notice: Dispatch requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. Your Arrival Coordinator will contact you directly to confirm the destination address and your logistical preference (garage, lot, or metered arrival).
• ​Real-Time Availability: Please check the Parking Savior homepage for real-time Coordinator availability for short-notice needs.
• ​Third-Party Fees: All third-party parking facility fees and hourly dispatch fees must be pre-paid through the platform prior to receiving support.
• ​Fixed Rates: Booking payments are not pro-rated. The full hourly service fee applies regardless of whether your arrival takes less time than scheduled.

 3. The Grace Period

• ​10-Minute Window: To keep our coordinators on schedule for all guests, we offer a strict 10-minute grace period.
• ​Late Arrival: If you do not arrive at your destination within 10 minutes of your scheduled time, your booking will be cancelled, and the full initial service fee will be forfeited.

​ 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• ​Immediate Commitment Rule: Any booking made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time is considered a final commitment of our resources. These bookings are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
• ​Advance Cancellations (48+ Hours): Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the booking will receive 100% of their refund back.
• **High-Demand Events: Please note that for specific city-wide events (concerts, festivals, and holidays), a non-refundable window may apply. This ensures all our neighbors get a

           fair shot at a Savior spot!

• ​Short-Notice Cancellations (24–48 Hours): Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the booking will forfeit 50% of the booking fee.
• ​Last-Minute & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to show, result in the forfeiture of the entire booking fee.

​ 5. Professional Standards

• ​Platform Integrity: All transactions and communications must be conducted through Parking Savior’s established channels. Engaging in "side deals" or transactions outside of our platform is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate withdrawal of company support and forfeiture of payments.
• ​Earned Fees: Our service fee covers the Coordinator’s travel and dispatch coordination. This fee is considered earned in full once the Coordinator arrives at the site.
• ​Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any appointment at our discretion. In such cases, you will receive an email with further information and refund details if applicable.
